Welcome to 321 Mobile Notary! I’m Sarah Svendsen, the founder and owner. With nearly 10 years of experience as a notary, I wanted to create a service that makes notarizing documents simple and stress-free.


I started this business to help people who struggle to find time to get their documents notarized. By offering mobile services, I can bring convenience and reliability straight to your home, office, or any other location. Your time is important, and I’m here to make the process as smooth and professional as possible.

My name is Sarah Svendsen

Hi, I’m Sarah! I’ve been a Florida notary since 2014 and hold a business degree from Flagler College. My background includes over 10 years in Human Resources, where I developed a strong eye for detail and a commitment to customer service. Starting 321 Mobile Notary in Melbourne felt like the perfect way to combine these skills with my passion for helping others.


When I’m not notarizing documents, I enjoy cooking, reading, and learning. Since moving to Melbourne in 2019, I’ve loved soaking up the sunshine and serving my community.
